JASDAQ will increase its order processing capability

It's stated in Nikkei that JASDAQ will improve its order processing capability from 8,000 orders/sec to 16,000 orders/sec by December this year. It actually improved the performance on 6/16 from 2.1 million orders/day to 4 million.

It sounds like everyone is anticipating the increased trading in retails.. especially after the Livedoor shock. TSE has been upgrading its system in a phased approach.
